National Pork Producers Council hosts a legislative action conference twice a year for pork producers from around the nation to learn about, discuss and lobby on agriculture legislation important to the U.S. pork industry. Pork producers will meet with members of Congress to discuss issues that are pertinent to the pork industry. In their days in Washington, producers will receive updates on legislative issues from NPPC staff and attend NPPC’s Capitol Hill-famous “Rack of Pork” congressional reception.
The Pork Leadership Institute and the Swine Veterinarian Public Policy Advocacy Program will be held in conjunction with the conference.
Upcoming Legislation Action Conference will be held March 20-22, 2012 at:
L'Enfant Plaza Hotel
482 L'Enfant Plaza SW
Washington, D.C. 20024
