Jeff Bauman
Regional Director of Producer Services
As a
Regional Director of Producer Services Jeff Bauman is
directly
involved with U.S. pork producers in an effort to increase
awareness of NPPC Programs and participation in the
Strategic Investment Program in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Jeff also represents NPPC at various functions and has been
working on the LEADR program in Minnesota.
Jeff
attended Ridgewater College in Willmar Minnesota and was
involved in production agriculture with a diversified
livestock and crop operation until 1996. During this time he
was involved in the county, state and national pork
producers. He served on the executive board and as MPPA
president in 1990 and as a state representative to NPPC from
1992 until 1995. Jeff also served as the co-chair of the
Animal Welfare Committee at NPPC and on various task forces
including the merger of NPPC and the Pork Council Women.
Prior to joining NPPC Jeff was a swine genetics salesman.
