Elizabeth Watson
International Trade Research Specialist

Beth Watson is the International Trade Research Specialist for the National Pork Producers Council (NPPC). In this capacity, Watson assists NPPC International Trade Counsel Nick Giordano with research and analysis. In addition, Watson handles all issues that face the U.S. pork industry from an international trade aspect.

In 2005, Watson received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Gordon College in Massachusetts. She has been involved in many different areas of research including U.S. policy impact on the cotton market and healthcare policy in Minnesota. During her college career, Beth did a study abroad program in Dublin, Ireland to gain firsthand knowledge in European economics. National Pork Producers Council is pleased to have Beth join their staff.
