Doug Fricke serves as Director of Trade Show Marketing for the National Pork Producers Council’s (NPPC) World Pork Expo and the Iowa Pork Congress. In this joint position, he focuses on developing relationships with exhibiting companies (booth sales) and attendees to ensure that these events continue to offer a valuable service.
Doug served as National Sales Manager for the Greater Des Moines Convention & Visitors Bureau where he was responsible for national and regional agricultural accounts before joining NPPC. He served as Marketing Director for the Iowa Pork Producers Association and focused on the Iowa Pork Congress booth sales and management from 1990 to 1999.
Doug earned his Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations in 1988 from the University of Northern Iowa.
