Gwendolyn brings a wealth of expertise in information management, project management and senior administrative skill as the National Pork Producer Council’s Office Administrator and Intern Program Director for the Washington, DC office. Her duties include managing the DC office, coordinating DC meetings and events, as well as providing direct support to Audrey Adamson, the Vice President of Domestic Public Policy.

As the Intern Program Director, she oversees and manages the Washington, DC Internship Program, including program enrichment, on-and-off campus recruitment, and training of each of the four program area participants.

Prior to joining the National Pork Producers Council, Gwendolyn’s previous titles include Guerilla Marketing Director of Encore Nationwide, Event Manager at GC Marketing Group, and served as a Data Architect and Analyst for the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.

In addition to her duties at NPPC DC, Gwendolyn is an accomplished musician, previously participating in the Maryland Classic Youth Orchestras Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra and double-ranked First at Grade Level 6 for Violin Performance at the MMEA State Solo and Ensemble Festival for Strings and Voice. She was a seasoned attendee for violin at the National Philharmonic Summer String Institute during her graduate education in Maryland.

Gwendolyn now applies her talent to educating at-risk youth in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area through teaching and outreach at seasonal and year-round DCPS music clinics and programs. She also volunteers her time regularly to various DC-area non-profit organizations, specifically music & arts and animal-welfare charities.
